I have the BFGMiner software running and can get one miner to recognized and working it's the multiple issue I really want to address.

Yes, I used it for a different miner... but;

This should work on an Antminer U1 and U2 too; and,

Although it is different software, at least it should work...

Bonus would be: worst case scenario it didn't help, but you learn even more by doing it... Grin
