what is F means on ur data, example : [+3] posts

I'm not him but I'm pretty sure those are the posts that roll over. So if you made less than the minimum of 20 posts per week then all of those would roll over into the next week. Or, if you posted over the max limit of 100 posts then any posts you make after the 100th one would roll over to the next week.

Exactly , [+3] posts means that you have to make 20 post during the "next" week and after I will add you those 3 posts.
