+1, I am going to say that Ripple needs to be classified as "distributed". It isn't like I can just download a program and become a delegate today. That isn't really decentralization. Bitshares is controlled and monitored distributed software.

Edit: I just noticed on the chart is has an "x" by decentralization for Bitshares.
