You'll have to give me some more information. How long between CAPTCHA tries before it said the ticket was already paid? I just tried to duplicate your report I getting a bad captcha + try again + correct captcha resulted in "400 satoshi was sent to your Microwallet.org account."

Just so that you know, tickets DO expire if it takes too long to claim them. We had to do this to deal with some extremely sneaky cheaters.. but you will typically have at least ten minutes to play and claim a ticket. Don't create a ticket, walk away and then come back and play it because it might expire.

If you have not claimed a ticket in 24 hours, you start to lose one level every 15 minutes.

Captcha went bad if it took more than 5mins, but this is only 15sec after scratch + 15sec bad captcha + 20sec re-try + ticket already paid. It happens radomly. Could it possibly I got the same ticket# as someone else already played?

The database has a constraint that prevents two tickets from having the same serial number, but send me the serial number anyway and I'll try to see what happened. I will make it up to you!

If you don't remember the serial, just send me the btc address you play with (or email/username).

No biggie! Just wanted to let you know, that's all. Also, I got 3 more "already paid" tickets yesterday, but all 3 tickets were sent to microwallet.
