That is the old server, and probably where he is doing his testing, rather than the true website.

All functions probably aren't activated on the test server either. It's just a cosmetic change that looks promising.

Assuming bee has fixed the database, it should be a simple matter of multiplying the number of shares and the LTC/share value for the missed payments. I'm assuming he currently has untouched BTC from previously completed orders. That BTC can be used that to pay out on demand BTC withdrawals rather than having to hit an exchange for conversion. Since LTCGear is based off a LTC/DRK mining op, he should have valid wallets with enough coins to cover those withdrawals.
