I will not give some newbie my money so he can run off with it. If he works this out with the seller and I receive my miner, I will send him the bitcoins with a tip for being an intelligent human being. But see, that won't happen. He's a money launderer and a fraud, and he refuses to even take a single step towards a positive resolution.

if you contact the police sooner rather then later then NewDeal will have less time to sell/get rid of the S5 that he received so when the police are able to search his house it will be more likely that they find it, meaning a higher chance for a conviction
