Wether or not it's 'safe' to give out your MPK depends on your definition of 'safe'. The holder of your MPK won't be able to spend your coins, it can however see all transactions that you have made and will make in the future.

No, it will not let me add the Master Public Key.......I need to find a way to export the Public Key for my Electrum Wallet Bitcoin Address.

I do not have an option to get my Public Key when I right click the Addresses Tab, it only allows me to access the Private Key with my Password.....I don't need my Private Key though.

If you want to know a publick key of a bitcoin address , then search your address on www.blockchain.info and keep the "hash 160" of your bitcoin address ( for example , 010966776006953d5567439e5e39f86a0d273bee is the hash 160 of this address 16UwLL9Risc3QfPqBUvKofHmBQ7wMtjvM);
go to http://gobittest.appspot.com/Address and put the hash 160 code in "3 - RIPEMD-160 Hash of 2" and finally click on "1 - Public ECDSA Key".

Every single Address I try.......I input the Hash 160 into Line 3 and click Send, then it just leaves the Public ECDSA Key blank.

Maybe I just don't know how to use the program.........I just need help extracting some Public Keys from my Bitcoin Addresses in my Electrum Wallet......It should not be this difficult.
