Getting low profit with too many orders is way much better than getting high profit with high fees with less orders .

So they are seeking for max profit but they are interested by volume. 1/4% seemed very low since western union has high fees.

It's well known for all customers that if they are seeking to purchase or sell . They have to pay the WU fees.
