That is the clock that was 15 seconds off was that one on your own dam computer.

A real coder wouldn't have had this issue. It is idiotic to assume everyone's computer is going to have the same time.

Accurate time used to require are radio clock, but advancements in network technologies have made NTP successful. Today visualization takes us back to not having a good solution for a stable time source, save if we can get the VPS provider to run NTP on the host node and install a working para-virtualized clock device.

The OP has issues with the clock on his end, it doesn't jive with blockchain.info nor my clock sources.
