Hi if you can do some work or have some professional degree like web developing web designing and graphic designing you can get some jobs from here. You can also try freelancer.
Please check microworkers.com there are also lots of jobs to do to get earn some money.

he's not familiar with coding or designing. it would take him 2+ months to get into sign campaign...

My point is don't ever discourage every one. Its has a lot psychological effect on a person when you discourage some one.

I guess people are not trying to discourage him. But it's not easy to earn 0.8 bitcoin from nothing basically. They only thing he can do right away is using a faucet for free. Other things require something more, he can work online if he has skills, he can join signature campaign but it requires higher level account and so on...
