this is what i would have thought. I figured you had to deposit level 3 investment, then unlock level 4
Actually the reason I have an L 2 is that I wanted to add another L 3 but then had to start at L 2 with the new account.
i did not think this was how it works, i can unlock level 3 but you say you have to open a new account?
EDIT//in some browsers the arrows < and > in Increase Level dialog become invisible
but when you click the right part of dialog you are still able to select next levels
at least it works for me
