this is what i would have thought. I figured you had to deposit level 3 investment, then unlock level 4
Actually the reason I have an L 2 is that I wanted to add another L 3 but then had to start at L 2 with the new account.
i did not think this was how it works, i can unlock level 3 but you say you have to open a new account?
I see no reason to pay .25 to upgrade from L 3 which I´ve already paid .10 for. well, not until I´ve recouped the .10.
That´s why I wanted to just buy another L 3.
