Use git clone. Open terminal and type:

yourUsername@host:~$ git clone https://github.com/step1of2/step3of3

Now you have the folder step3of3 in your home directory. /home/yourUsername/step3of3

Rename the folder step3of3 to Prototypecoin (if you want)
