I second this. It's normal for all the rules for a sig campaign to be in the OP since that is where most people look when signing up.

I think the bot only looks at the number of posts shown on your profile page. For it to actively include and exclude posts as you make them, it would have to scan through your entire posting history every time you press the "submit" button:

In order to reduce bitcointalk grabbing/parsing we analyse posts only on paying. You may see this week "New posts", but probably not all of them will be paid.

As others have already said, something is wrong with your signature. Did you copy and paste the code correctly? The bot is automated so the signature must be copied exactly.
