Out of the wallets you mention i use Blockchain the most but i do keep small amounts on btc-e and bittrex to buy alts easier and make more btc
I should really use a offline wallet i guess when i lose a few btc i will but fingers crossed till now my 2fa and not clicking random links has been ok.

have you read about all those horror blockchain balance lost. It was regarding on the 2fa security and other balances. this is about 3 months ago, but its still recent.
you might want to check this before and consider spliting the balance.

My thoughts on them are the computers the guys are using are compromised and that is how the hacker gets around the 2fa to do with the browser, i am not tech savvy but as long as your computer is safe then no body is getting around your 2fa.
How can they know a number that is sent to your phone without your comp being compromised?
