i was rolling 0.02 bet but nothing happened and my balance didnt change , so i pressed the roll button again many times hope to response but after i closed my browser and reopened i see that i lost nearly 0.14 Sad

AFAIK this shouldn't happen.
The website doesn't take input of another click untill the result of the last roll gets declared. However things can malfunction.
PM the issue with some proof to support. If you are legit they will refund you.

I don't think any refunds will happen with this issue since it's impossible to prove which rolls it's happening on, unless somebody happens to be video-recording their betting as it's happening.
