Winner winner, chicken dinner!!! You are so very correct. the dev should just own up, sell whatever equipment he has from GRID and FAS and distribute the dividends. With the FASBIT exchange, since he'd basically holding the money, he should just refund all the shareholders since nothing has come from it.
