fastBeast has been granted amnesty for his involvement in a signature campaign abuse ring that involved five other usernames. While I did positively identify this user as having been involved in campaign abuse, there is also good evidence that the ring was disbanded shortly after and the approach taken by this ring was not effective. Since there is no additional abusive activity that I have found, you are welcome to enroll but I will be watching.
