Do you translate using Google Translator or after translating, you check hrammar mistakes and correct if any?

the first time, I will write with Vietnamese (with words i don't know) , then use google translator to translate it . and I use this site( http://www.reverso.net/spell-checker/english-spelling-grammar/) to check grammar mistake , then I translate back into Vietnamese to read again, if I see the Vietnamese meaning is not correct , i will fix again by myself
