So many people sell and buy accounts. Not just now, it is since Steam was made. It's bad thing that you cannot trade game from account that it is already there (not the gift ones), so people sell their own accounts to get some other games. I did it a few times too. It's not a big deal.

You worry too much. Steam does not even have support by phone, so I can't call them even if I want to.
Other thing, if I would do it by forum or any other form of contact, they would simply ban that account and we would both lose. So I don't see why it would be good at all. I just want to sell account, not to troll about it.
