that wont be necesarry, either thecoins.net got no funds to pay out for what he had won or either that he conducted a fraud activity to win at the site, still no explanation from thecoins.net, So I will stick with option #2, since he had conducted fraud before at dicecoin.io

i think the guy is innocent buy the site doesnt have enough money to pay him
