Thanks to Bitcoin for starting the crypto ecosystem. Bitcoin had its time. Off to something better now (maybe fiat or an altcoin which provides me with privacy)

You are right.
We heard such rumors to often in last year or two.
I think that people should stop speculating and concentrate on more productive things, like promoting BTC, contacting merchants, help to develop bTC foundation etc.
