of course a refund is given to you on the game, you can choose to either play again or withdraw it immediately, and you choosed to play it again and lost it again

And yes, the sites is provably fair, if you think that they are cheating, you can check it with provably fair verifier, just because you cant win from the site, doesnt mean that the site is rigged
