I try watch a lot of threads here and i have seen some of your posts don't want to misunderstand me but everyday you seem a bit of hurry to be trusted, to sell, to be an escrow..all this make feel uncomfortable to lend you this small amount..so my friendly suggest is to take some time try earn trust and build you reputation on small steps as this moves shows even if you may not be a runner.

I have some current 0.01380472 BTC, but it is to repay the loan if my BTC is less

If you have some 0.01380472 BTC then there is no reason to take a loan and pay interest you can use yours at once...And after our small conversation and your previous posts there is no way to lend you because i already lost my trust to you.

If someone else is intersting to lend you, you can give him at least the 0.0138 as a colletaral and then the member can lend you if you cant pay it no problem he is already take it back so no reason for you to keep it if you cant pay your loan.

This is what are you saying me with some words and this sounds like scam to me..CAUTION!
