My final bit of advice for the moment is that even though social media is important, this bitcoinforum is pretty central to almost everything that goes down in the bitcoin world. Don't stay away for too long or rumors of your demise will almost certainly pop up and damage your reputation. I've brought both things up with my boss, and rest assured we're working on it. We're also in the process of moving the site to a .com domain, while adding a few unannounced features/changes. More when it's ready!
