there is actually a server hash which roll out the random number when we are playing, he knew the server hash, unveal the secret number of the hash and resulted that he knew what numbers will come up next, that is why he manage to do a winning roll since he knew what number gonna comes out next

2. Why is he stupid enough to do 100+ green rolls in a row?

He probably wants to show off more then anything. Maybe he has some ego problems or he is just trying to prove a point
