Somehow, having a Jr. Legendary sounds contradictory to me.

Exactly what I thought. Would be silly and possibly confusing to split the Legendary rank like this. Higher ranks can just be added later on when needed but I don't think they will be for a while.

But hey, I don't think the new forum will be here for a while either.
