I believe this is a PROMO code so you may need to use a new adwords account to use it.

If it's a Promo code I have no use for it - if you make a new account just to promote your old site (that you promoted using a previous adwords account) you'll get banned easy. Not to mention it's a piece of cake getting a promo code. If you have a gift code(that is usable in an old account) please tell me as I'm in the market for one.
