Uncommunicative devs can kill a coin even if its a good one. A few posts a month would be good. They don't have to be about new updates.

Hey there, we're really sorry for the lack of communication when we were in deep development. We had limited time and resources so we decided to opt for development rather than communication. But that was a mistake on our part because we could have done more to uphold strong communications with our users. From now on we're making an active effort to provide a great experience for the user from all angles.
