I've tried salvage wallet on both my laptop and pc and after loading the blockchain and scanning the balance is always nil.
Also tried manually importing but no luck.

The reason is switch happened after block #534500. So everything that happened on old blockchain past this block does not matter.
Anything that was mined on old blockchain after this block is worthless e.g. all inputs in this transaction https://chainz.cryptoid.info/noblold/tx.dws?1249031.htm

I thought the switchover was the beginning of March ?
Does that mean my coins are worthless?

Ok thanks for the info. I've looked at my original wallet and it shows I mined from 7th March. Luckily I have 47k in my Cryptsy account.
Would it be worth paying that into the new wallet to earn pos?
