but then they will wait for JR member to post on it either way they are going to scam. one way or the other. and Jr member profiles are sold too. so i guess it wont really make a big difference

Exactly, not all newbies are scammers, and scammers stay scammers whether they are newbies or hero members, so it won't change them, you just have to use common sense to know if someone is a scammer or no and judge by the facts rather than the title.
