This is just because Google can not determine their location, not that they're a bot.

But thats still 2. I can understand Google was unable to track those users but what if you see those 2 numbers as 'Not set' Everytime.

How much does a user need to wait to make a new claim(cooldown time)? If it is low, those two probably will be a bot.

Not much low. A normal one 60 Minutes

Yes they are always there whenever i check. Always in 2 Numbers

I would say bot for sure, maybe admin can take a look
