We are re-working our recovery protocol to allow users to set an email soon and recover via a form. Currently we get hundreds of emails that essentially say "hey this is my account give me my password". If your account has no balance which appears to be the case it's best to simply create a new account, otherwise you'd need sufficient evidence such as IP's, signed primary depositing addresses etc.

Over the past two months we've mainly been hard at work on security/performance related issues, we are finally transitioning into features.

Why "Roll Dice button" is very slow compare to "Auto betting"?? There's delay in roll dice button fix this bug. I'm tired waiting to see the result and 2-4 seconds delay.

Small bets are typically delayed, in most cases (small bets) it shouldn't take more than 2 sec from click to result on an average connection.

i have little problem with my account unable to access, i have sent you email about that before 48 hours but did not get any solution about that, so much time it will take to restore?

Its sometimes very difficult for them to verify that you are the actual owner of the account.
I hope you would have provided them with signed message from your address(from which you would have at least once deposited). If not, then send it to the support, it may help you save a lot of time.
