Edit: Just noticed the date I printed this. Already after 2nd Qtr 2014. Pretty good proof they didn't make their shipment date and you can claim a refund.

they say about refund ,,, you can refunt up to shipment....
that means yes you can refund ,,,, BUT it does NOT gave you ANYTIME , you get your refund!!!!
So it was way better to receive the shipment!
You can not blame them about ROI , since the price of bitcoin can NOT be predicted.
That was a gamble all the time.
they would win any lawsuits , but I can imagine you dont want this kind of shit when developing a product.
so they stopped selling to US consumers.
