Does not matter in the slightest does it. Pay rate for example the Bit-x which is one of the highest, Full Members 0.0008btc we pay 0.0007btc really low? 
Their Senior Members 0.0011btc we pay 0.0009btc still not really low is it. If you think you're paying a lot then tell me why would somebody for example a Sr choose your campaign that will pay him 0.09 BTC a month for 100 posts over any other that will pay him 0.1 or 0.11 for the same amount?
You're paying a fixed rate of 0.0225 per week and disguising it as a pay per post campaign to look competitive at first glance, while in fact you are not.
