The max bet button doesn't work well, at least not in the way I imagined it would work.
When I have 1000 satoshi in my account balance and want to bet on bottom blocks, I expected the max bet button would help me bet 31 satoshi per block. Instead, it put 1000 satoshi to the per block field.

I've modified the max/double buttons to set to max total instead of max per block if your balance is under the limit now.
