Amazing (well, ok, really not amazing at all) that your book keeps no record of the rollover requirements of different accounts, but instead you try to pretend all accounts are at your current rollover which is your highest rollover thus far.

The bonus technically expired last year and you have only 725.04 mBTC staked in TOTAL. This is nowhere near even 3x the bonus amount. The rollover was 3x(bonus+deposit), hence the 6000 threshold. This was an initial launch promotion. You are also the ONLY client we have that has recurring issues with Cloudflare - I personally let you know before that the problem is most likely with your browser or ISP.
