Yes contrary to popular belief. The blockchain API is just aweful for situations like this. Its highly unreliable.

Its best to have a stand alone one.

It also goes down ALL the time and primedice can simply not rely on 3rd parties to be up whenever they want to do deposits or withdraws. Something this big has to develop their own solution for accepting transactions instead of using 3rd party free solutions.
