Get in debug window/console in your Graph qt-wallet from Help menu.
Type 'repairwallet' and restart wallet. You should be ok. Smiley

Im having the same issue on a transfer.. Repair wallet seems to acknowledge the transfer and issue, but when restarting wallet still not sending.

Try backing up your wallet.dat, then delete everything except your wallet.dat file in the %appdata% folder and re-sync.  If this does not work, pm me and we will take a further look at things.
