Your email dates 29 Apr and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th of May were public holidays/weekend in our country, so it's more like a single business day delay, to be honest.

What is not so reasonable, I think, is submitting complaints to hosting/CDN companies screaming "SCAAAM" especially given the fact you've ordered from us 28 (!!!) times before. No offence, perhaps you're having a bad day.

So to respond, I'm not sure why you haven't received a confirmation email, but your order has been dispatched on the 29th of April and you should allow 2-3 weeks on average (I'm sure you know it) to receive it. Email confs work fine, just checked this.
