Is it possible for you to fill people in on the nature of this escrow? Are you just holding it until OP says he wants it back? Are you waiting on proof to see who actually lays claim to the disputed funds?

I am currently reviewing the thread to see what this is all about. If any payments are owed then I will surely release those payments with any funds held in the escrow address.
