X is true because there is no proof that X is false.
They aren't mining because there is no proof that they are mining.

If they are mining, they could have atleast provided mining address. It is very easy to proove they are mining but they ain't doing it. It is obvious ponzi.

If they're profit switching among coins or pools they can't simply provide an address, it still doesn't make it an obvious ponzi.

Time to offer a fallacy of my own: If it were an obvious ponzi Vod would have neg rated them already.
