C'mon read the forums. With a question like that you are most certainly mining with your CPU. Go check out the mining forum. Get a GPU miner and join a pool.

Regarding the GPU load google for msi afterburner for instance. It show gpu load and some other stuff.

I know it's mining correctly, the gpu load is 100%. But...how can I tell if it's actually done anything on blocks or w.e.?
