I think 4h would be enough to prevent trade-spamming and reduces pure momentum trading adequately. It's only a proposal. I can live with the 8h, too, but sometimes this timeframe is too long to trade the smaller waves...

...penalties? Well, there we talk about two different things. I don't want to get a penalty for trading (a bit) faster. Wink
