Where's the proof that the user in question is the person who tried to use a fake tomatocage escrow? Isn't it possible that someone reading the thread impersonated ash312 on Skype or wherever the accuser claims this took place?

Its hangouts not skype, but yes the username is not connected to the HO account or the mail address.
