Will sgminer 5.1 Updated or sph-sgminer work with NIST-5 algorithm on a AMD 280x ?

And what is the average hashrate ? I read somewhere that it was increased to 7mh/s a while back for 280x

Im using the old 4.1.0 miner that was modded. Im getting 10mh on each 280x at stock settings.
