Obviously he will chargeback. Unless the you can agree to a 6 month escrow, then I recommend that no transaction be made. There are multiple scam reports against the OP. Paypal can be reversed. BTC cannot.

This is a completely false statement. PPMC codes absolutely can be reversed. PayPal does it all the time actually. Some retailers are allowing these cards to be purchased via CC.

Oh yeah, not to mention that there have been people questioned by the FBI for redeeming illegally obtained cards. Just check the localbitcoins forum and you will be able to see that this happens relatively often.
