Yap, signature campaign will always be the most suggested idea when some new sites ask for opinion how to advertise their site to attract people. But bear in mind that it wont be always successful, and you will need to spend lot of money to compete with other campaigns. Signature campaign with high rate is also not a guarantee that you will get much attention, it should be followed by interesting promotions. So I suggest you to do some promotions first like no deposit bonus, beta testing reward, bonus for first xxx registered user, deposit bonus etc depends on your budget

And I think, this forum is the best place to advertise your site..and dont forget to advertise it on other bitcoin forums which has good traffic.
