I think you may be mistaken about an error because you can't log in right now. Does they error you guys are getting say "Server is shutting down, log in is not allowed at this time"? If so that is normal because of the hours of operation stated above.

but I'm getting a totally new message ( There was a connection error to the serve )

Ok, I will contact them about this issue and post what they say in the reply email here. I have never gotten the error message you are talking about so I can't comment on what it is but I am sure Top Pro can.

I contacted support over 4 days ago and still have no response from them. It's interesting how its a new site you think they would be more customer based to build a good business. Its got to make you wonder...........

Are you sure you dont get any responses yet?I have tried to contact their support team few hours ago and I got the response in less than an hour.
Not mention to defend them, but at least they responded my email as soon as they can.
