It can possibly be an issue on your side(maybe your internet broke down after tipping and so the balance wasn't able to synchronize).

I was kinda online on pd just before a couple of minute when labkitty made this post here. I didn't see any happy hour till then, nd yes there isn't any announcement for it on facebook/twitter page. I would be highly unlucky, in case I missed this HH.
